Zedelef has been awarded a Linkage Grant by the Australian Research Council (ARC) for a joint project with Thales, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and UNSW. The project “Liquid crystal-based optical fibre hydrophone system for underwater surveillance and ocean monitoring” will receive $320k in 3 years.
Z. Brodzeli, L. Silvestri and F. Ladouceur were awarded the first prize for the category “Early Stage Innovation”.
